• Notes

  Isaac Hann (b. 1847) had two brothers, Job and James (Jim). They lived in Channel then moved to Bonne Bay later moving to Trout River. Isaac Hann m. 1870 Elizabeth Fudge and I thought they had three children however I just reread her memoirs and she says, "There were ten children in the family. Three died in their infancy, namely: Job and two Elizabeths. The other children were: George William, Emily Alice, Simon, Laura, Edgar Heal, and myself. My parents also took into their home a young man by t he name of Israel Strickland, and raised him."
