Jesse was born 1836 at an unknown location. Jesse was the son of Moses YOUNG and Unknown PARSONS. Jesse died 1882 at Gull Marsh, District of St. Barbe, Newfoundland, at age 46. Jesse was baptized in the Roman Catholic Church and resided at Birchy Head before moving to Gull Marsh.
