    After Feadora's death,Augustus Butt, age nine went to live with his uncle Charlie Randell and Aunt Lizzy.

    Gus lived with his anunt and uncle until he went overseas in January 1940. He spent a short time in the Newfoundland overseas forestry unit before joining the Royal Air Force where he served for the remainder of the war.

    Feadora first married Soloman Butt of Flat island, Bonavista Bay and had two children Augustus and Annie Butt. After Soloman's death she married Henry George King of kerley's Hr., Trinity Bay and had two daughters Lizzie and Alfreda. They also ha d a son John Charles who died while still a baby. Feadora died ar Kearley's Hr. October 1927 and is buried in New Bonaventure. Immediatley after Feadora's death Gus Butt, age 9 years, went to live with his uncle Charlie and Aunt Lizzy. My (Ralph Randell) parrentsuntil he went overseas in Jan. 1940. Gus Married Lizzie Sharp of Scotland and are presently living in Toronto. They have two children John, living in Australia and Diane (Butt) Haynes living in Tottenham, Ontario. Annie lived for a while with her aunt Flora and uncle Dick of Port Rexton. Annie Butt married Jack Russel of Cata lina and have several Children living in Corner Brook and Toronto. Lizzie King married Leslie Locke of New Bonaventure and has a son Levi and a daughter Lorraine (Locke) Randell. Alfreda married Ezekiel march of Hickman Hr., Trinity Bay and has s everal children. Flora married Richard Johnson of Port Rexton. She was the mother of Robert, Stanley,m Myrtle (Johnson) Grandy, Phyllis (Johnson) Seviour and Joyce (johnson) Jinkins. They are all living in Ontario where they have several children each. Richard died at Port Rexton Jan. 1944. Flora died July 4, 1976 in Toronto and is buried there.

  1. 10.  Randell, Robert was born on 31 Aug 1851 (son of Randell, John and Hogarth, Dorothy); died on 1 Sep 1924 in Port Rexton, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

    Robertm my (Ralph Randell) Grandfather, was a fisherman and boat builder. Beside building and repairing schooners for others he built two for himself, the "IRIS" and the "HOBSON" which he sailed to the Labrador fishery. Robert was first married t o Annie Bailey of Ship Cove, now Port Rexton, at Trinity on December 9, 1875 by Rev. Ben Smith. After her death he married Mary Ann Bannister on November 25, 1884 again by the Rev. Ben Smith. Mary Ann was the daughter of Robert and Flora (Ballett ) Bannister and was born at Ship Cove, now Port Rexton on Feb. 19, 1861. Mary Ann, My (Ralph Randell) Gradmother, died at Port Rexton about 1900. Grandfather (Robert) died at Port Rexton on Sept. 1, 1924 at the age of 73 years. Bothe are buried a t Port Rexton.

    Beside the children born to Robert Randell and mary Ann (Bannister) Randell they raised, from early childhood, a niece of Mary Ann, by the same name of Mary Penney. Mary Penney later married Willis Miller of Trinity East and had six daughters, Ju lia, Thelma, Mary, Lena, Minnie, and Elizabeth. Julia and Thelma are both deceased. mary married Abe Goldsworthy and Lena married Allan Goldsworthy both from Trinity East. Minnie married Garfield Piercey from Port Rexton. Elizabeth, I seem to rec all, was either raised or adopted by a Brown family of Trinity East.

    Robert married Bannister, Mary Ann on 25 Nov 1884. Mary (daughter of Bannister, Robert and Ballett, Flora) was born on 18 Feb 1861 in Ship Cove (Port Rexton), Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada; died about 1900 in Port Rexton, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.     Mary and Robert raised from early childhood a neice, Mary Penney. Mary Penney later married Willis Miller of Trinity East and had six daughters
